Since 1984, we have always designed and created our bedding in Aveyron.
We are attached to our region and to the know-how acquired over decades.
Every year we rework our bedding and we try to make continuous improvements by researching new materials or technologies.
For example, some mattresses in our Hévéa collection are designed with Flexi Cups technology. A unique form of latex that takes advantage of springs. Another example is V·line, which was developed by our design office. This technology offers a very structurally resistant electric bed base, and precise in each movement.

• Improve the management of our waste by seeking recovery and/or circular economy,
• Comply with our regulatory requirements,
• Implementation of an approach to reducing energy consumption (water, electricity and gas).
To achieve these objectives with the support of our employees, I commit to:
• Train all employees on environmental issues and their effects,
• Continuously improve our environmental performance by monitoring and communicating the achievement of set objectives.

If you notice a defect, we ask you to contact the store where you made your purchase; only they are authorized to open a file for a claim for support under the warranty. In order to facilitate the processing of your request, we invite you to prepare the items that will be required:
• your purchase invoice
• a description of the defect as detailed as possible (with supporting photos)
• for a mattress, a photo of the white label stuck on the edge on the head side at the corner of the mattress.

Have your bedding recycled via the Eco maison website https://ecomaison.com/particuliers/
Take your bedding to the recycling center
Ask your local bulky waste department to come and collect your bedding (free service)
Organize the collection of your bedding with the delivery person of the new mattress/box spring
